This page contains important information, policies, and guidelines to help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you, as my client, and me as your photographer. My goal is to make your booking process simple, stress-free, and meaningful from start to finish. By providing clear and consistent information, I can ensure that every client receives the same level of care, communication, and understanding throughout their experience with Maray Loyd Photography.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, or weather conditions.
If a client needs to reschedule, they must notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new session date upon proper notice.

Photo
Delivery
Photos are delivered through a private online gallery sent directly to your email. Final galleries are typically delivered within 2–6 weeks after your session date.
All sessions also include a sneak peek gallery delivered within 48–72 hours after your session through text.
Payments
All sessions require a 50% deposit via there chosen payment method.

Social media and Imagae Use
By booking with Maray Loyd Photography, clients agree that images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Raw Images
RAW, unedited images are not included and will not be delivered.

Copyright / Printing
Maray Loyd Photography retains copyright ownership of all images. Clients may print and share photos for personal use, but may not alter, edit, or sell the images.

Session Length
All sessions have a specified time frame listed on the Services page. Session times reflect the maximum amount of time reserved for your session.

Promotional Mini Sessions
All promotional mini-session bookings are non-refundable due to limited availability and reserved session spots.
Pay What You Can Mini sessions
Session Details
- Sessions are approximately 15 minutes in length.
- Sessions are available at designated dates, times, and locations chosen by the photographer.
- Due to the limited session length, immediate family members only, unless otherwise approved.
- These sessions cannot be customized or relocated.
Pay What You Can
- A $1 minimum payment is required. You are welcome to contribute any amount that fits your current financial situation.
- If you can give more, your generosity helps make future sessions possible for individuals and families in our community.
- Payment is due three days before the day of your session.
- All sessions are non-refundable
Gallery Delivery
- Your edited online gallery will be delivered within 2–6 weeks.
- You will receive all professionally edited images. I do not guarantee a specific number of images, as every session is unique.
- Images will be delivered through an online gallery for downloading and sharing.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Life happens! If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible.
- Because these sessions are limited and often have a waitlist, no-shows without communication may affect eligibility for future Pay What You Can sessions.
- Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances at the photographer's discretion.
Image Usage
Unless otherwise requested in writing before your session, Maray Loyd Photography reserves the right to use photographs from your session for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, educational purposes, and promotional materials.
Hygiene Product Partnership
Before your session, you may receive information about free hygiene products and community resources available through my partnership with the Lincoln Hygiene Network. Receiving information or resources is completely optional and has no impact on your photography session.
